What is Clubspaces?
Clubspaces is an online service that helps team sports
manage their operations, efficiently communicate with
members, and connect with other teams, clubs and clubs.
Clubspaces brings all the complex activities required to
successful run and manage a club into one seamless
experience, saving clubs endless hours organizing all the
details, while also helping a club to operate much more
effectively.
As a member your club has full access to all the
operational tools like registration, player management,
automatic scheduling, stats & standings. The service also
includes free club and team websites with stats &
standings, player profiles, a central calendar, photo
gallery, and more.
Clubspaces is also the official provider to other national
associations including USA Volleyball, Amateur Softball
Association (ASA), PONY Baseball/Softball, American Youth
Football (AYF), National Junior Basketball (NJB), and
American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO)
Why is Clubspaces free?
From its inception the founders of Clubspaces, who are
parents with kids active in sports, wanted to offer
Clubspaces free to all clubs and sports teams so that
organizations like yours could direct your limited budgets
from administration toward the actual activities that
brought you together in the first place. Clubspaces is
supported solely by advertising revenues. All advertisers
are approved by USA Water Polo.
Add-on services are also available. You may wish to enable
electronic payment so you can collect fees right online for
registrations, tournaments, donations, etc. The cost is $2
per transaction (plus any third party fees charged by
credit or debit card merchant services). We also offer
custom graphic services, for a fee, if you want your own
look and feel.
Do I need to know HTML to have a website?
No, the website builder was designed so no technical
experience is needed. Many club 'webmasters' are simply
volunteers who are fulfilling a role for their club.
Do I need to install any software?
No, Clubspaces is an online tool. All you need is a web
browser. This also means that you never need to back up
data, store paper documents, or install any updates. And you
can access your Clubspaces administrative panel at any
time.
How many users can we have?
As many as you want. There is no limit to the number of
members you can have in your team or club, number of
administrators who you permit to access the tools, or
documents you can store.
What if we need help?
We're always here to help. Once you sign up you will
have immediate access to our Help Library, which is chock
full of how-to's, frequently asked questions and a powerful
search tool for specific questions. You can always
contact a Clubspaces support team member directly or your
Clubspaces Advisor.
Can I just use one or two features or do I need to use
everything?
Use as much or as little of the service as you like,
although most clubs find that the integration of services
is ideal. For example, player data can automatically flow
into team formation and balancing, which can flow into the
game scheduler, which can automatically display on your
club's website calendar.
